The Griesbach family started Op Holdings to create opportunities for their eight children. That purpose grew into a commitment to building businesses where other people could contribute and develop, too.

A family purpose, built on experience.
Isabelle and Randy Griesbach brought different experiences to the company. Isabelle worked in accounting, sales and energy-efficient lighting design. Randy built a manufacturing business. Those experiences shaped how they think about creating opportunities through the day-to-day work of a business.
Why PayMore
Randy was drawn to PayMore’s focus on technology and its approach to buying and selling pre-owned electronics. Isabelle saw a franchise partner that shared the family’s interest in creating opportunities for others. The franchise gave them a structure for building a business while developing local teams.
Why Charlotte
The family spent about a year researching markets before choosing Charlotte. They liked its growth, its sense of community and the balance between a small-town feel and the opportunities of a larger city.

Through locally operated PayMore® franchises, the family helps people buy, sell and trade electronics. That gives customers more affordable options and keeps useful devices in circulation. For team members, the work offers room to build skills and take on responsibility.
