Exploring new options is exciting but can also be overwhelming. Here is what our process looks like to help you prepare for success.
– 1 – First Contact
The first stage of our onboarding process is an introductory call with a member of our Talent Coordinating team. We’ll use this time to learn more about your experience, share more information about the role and answer any questions you may have about the company, the team and the role.
– 2 – Meeting The Team Manager
Next, you’ll virtually meet with your team manager through Microsoft Teams or in person. The team manager will use this time to share information about the position. They will give you a clear view of what your day-to-day experience will be like and will outline expectations for this opportunity. You’ll share about how you can add value to the opportunity and team.
– 3 – Meet the Team
After completing your meeting with the team manager, your manager will consider your talents and consult with the Talent Coordinating team to determine if there’s a good fit between your skills, experiences and the opportunity you’ve applied for. You will receive feedback regarding your fit in the role. If the opportunity is a good match, we will extend an invitation to move on to Step 4. If the opportunity is not a good fit for you, we will discuss other options or opportunities we may have available that are better suited to your talent stack.
– 4 – Meet the Team
Your next meeting will consist of a meeting with your team. This is your chance to get to know the people you’ll collaborate with on a daily basis. The team meeting will be conducted in person and may involve team building activities or games. This will allow you to get to know your team mates, showcase your talent stack, and see the unique talents you each have that can help each other grow into greater opportunities.
